KILN DRYING

Free Country Designs is proud to offer kiln drying services for all types of wood. We use a Nyle L200 pro dehumidification kiln.

By using a dehumidification kiln we have precise control over how fast the moisture leaves the wood therefore giving the best results possible to avoid cracking, splitting, twisting and cupping. 

The Nyle L200 pro also has a unique feature that can run the kiln in conventional mode or dehumidification mode or a hybrid mode where it uses both conventional and dehumidification mode to get the most precise process for your specific wood. 

Prices can be variable depending on factors like wood thickness, wood species and time since it was sawn.
